Delivery Information

We believe the postage you pay should be relative to the size, weight and value of your order. We offer FREE standard delivery on all UK orders over £30. All Standard parcels are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class whereas Express parcels are sent by 1st Class.

Express orders are usually received within 1-3 working days whereas Standard orders should be recieved within 5 working days. We politely ask that all customers allow up to 7 working days before contacting us regarding undelivered orders. Customers outside of the UK should allow up to 14 working days for delivery.

Here is a full breakdown of how we calculate our postage. Most orders are well within the Small/Medium range as they weigh less than 1kg. Large orders are those in excess of 1kg. Occassionally some orders are over 2kg which we class as Extra Large orders. Postage on these orders is recalculated at checkout.
